Terms of Service & License Agreement

1. Agreement

By buying a license or using AgenticKit (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Refund policies. If you do not agree, do not purchase or install the Software.

2. License

A valid paid license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software in your own projects, subject to the tier you purchased (Engineering, Marketing, or Both) and the proprietary license shipped with the kit.

You may use the kit on the activation limit set at purchase (see your license email).
You may receive updates via npx agentickit-cursor update while your license remains valid under our then-current terms.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish kit contents (agents, skills, commands, rules) without written permission.

3. Purchases and delivery

Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments. After payment, you receive a license key by email. You activate with npx agentickit-cursor login <key> then npx agentickit-cursor init in your project.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share license keys publicly or with people who did not purchase
Circumvent license checks or activation limits
Use the Software for unlawful purposes
Misrepresent affiliation with Cursor, Anysphere, Claude, Anthropic, or AgenticKit

5. No affiliation

AgenticKit is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anysphere (Cursor) or Anthropic (Claude, Claude Code).

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output from Cursor using this kit is your responsibility to review.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticKit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Software. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material purchase-related changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
