AgenticKit operates this website and the AgenticKit CLI/kit. Contact: hello@agentickit.co.

2. Information we collect

• Purchase data. When you buy a license, Dodo Payments processes payment details. We receive order metadata needed to deliver your license (for example email and product purchased), not your full card number.
• License activation. The CLI may contact Dodo's license API to validate keys. Activation may associate your key with a machine/device limit as configured at purchase.
• Contact / support. If you email us or submit a form, we keep the message and contact details you provide.
• Site analytics (if enabled). Basic usage data such as pages visited may be collected via cookies or similar tools. Free tools on this site are designed to run without requiring an account.

3. How we use information

• Deliver license keys and product access
• Provide support and respond to requests
• Prevent fraud and enforce license terms
• Improve the website and documentation

4. Sharing

We share data with processors needed to run the business: Dodo Payments (checkout and licenses), email delivery providers (for license/support email), and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep purchase and license records as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting, and legal obligations. Support emails are kept as long as reasonably needed to resolve requests.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention requirements (for example completed purchase records). Email the address above.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

AgenticKit is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy.
