Refund Policy

One-time licenses

AgenticKit is sold as a one-time digital license. After purchase you receive a license key and can download/install the kit immediately.

When refunds may be granted

We may issue a refund if:

• You were charged twice for the same order
• You never received a license key and we cannot deliver one within a reasonable time
• A technical failure on our side prevents activation and we cannot resolve it

When refunds are usually not granted

• Change of mind after the key was delivered
• You purchased the wrong tier (Engineering vs Marketing vs Both) after using the key
• Issues caused by Cursor, your environment, or third-party tools
• Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (you must review and own generated code/copy)

How to request

Email hello@agentickit.co within 7 days of purchase with your order email, approximate purchase time, and reason. Refunds, when approved, are processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method and may take several business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help. Unresolved disputes may result in license revocation.
